Medical Case Management:

 

Case Management Services are available for worker's compensation, automobile and long/short term disability health claims. 

 

Two types of Medical Case Management services are available:  Field Case Management or Telephonic Case Management, as preferred by the client.   

• Coverage is available throughout Pennsylvania, South and Central New Jersey, Northern Delaware and Northern Maryland

• Staff qualifications include a minimum of 5 years experience and certifications including CRC, CCM and CDMS

• Spanish speaking nurse available in the Philadelphia area

• Immediate case assignment upon referral and 24 hour telephonic case management response

• Catastrophic cases are contacted by a nurse the same day as notification

• Cost Projection Reports

• Reports and billings are customized to each individual account specifications

• Develop and implement worker's compensation panels.  Will attempt to negotiate discounts with medical facilities.
